CUSTOMER SERVICE: INFORMATION BOOTHS AND GO GUIDES

Our customer service volunteers are a welcoming, helpful team of people who enhance the traveler experience at MSP Airport. They typically work at one of our 10 information booths and as Go Guides, mobile volunteers who walk the airport assisting travelers. You will recognize them by their vibrant green vests with the “Need Help?” emblem on the back!

Our customer service volunteers also work with Customs and Border Protection staff in the International Arrivals area and provide Meet and Assist services to travelers with special needs.

Customer service volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month. Shifts are typically 4 hours.

What Travelers Are Saying:

“Two of us were at a map of the airport looking for how to get from Delta C terminal/gates to meet our family in the G Concourse, when Carole saw us and not only assured us that we could get there easily and quickly by tram, but she went with us! We would not have tried otherwise because we were not familiar with the airport. She was a big help to us!”

“Judi at the information desk was great! I would like to have her acknowledged for the superior customer service which she provided me during my travels at the onset of COVID-19. Judi went beyond my expectations. I am very grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and service during my time of distress. Thank you, Judi. You are a gem, and you were just AWESOME! Please extend my comments and appreciation.”
