MEET AND ASSIST SERVICES

  • Meet and Assist Services are available 7 days a week from 7:30am to 6:30pm Central Time, excluding major holidays.
  • If wheelchair assistance is needed, please contact the airline directly. All airlines provide wheelchair services for passengers upon request.
  • TSA Cares is a program offered by the Transportation Security Administration for passengers with disabilities and medical conditions needing assistance throughout the security screening process. Please submit a request to TSA at least 72-hrs prior to departure using this link:

  • Passengers requesting Meet & Assist services must be at least 18 years old. Please call the airline if the traveler needing assistance is under the age of 18.
