Meet and Assist Services are generally available 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT for Travelers requiring additional assistance with airport procedures and processes. Assistance is provided by trained Volunteers from Travelers Assistance. Requests may be made online by clicking on the “Request Meet and Assist” button below.

Please fill out the form completely. If more than one traveler needs assistance, please complete a form for each traveler. If a required field is skipped, the request cannot be accepted by the system until the form is complete.

Please note: A request for Meet and Assist Services from Travelers Assistance is not the same as a wheelchair transfer request. Please contact the operating airline to request a wheelchair transfer. The assigned Wheelchair Provider will transfer the Traveler to the appropriate location at MSP and the Volunteer will accompany them.
