Meet and Assist Services are available 7 days a week from 7:30am to 6:30pm Central Time, excluding major holidays.

  • If wheelchair assistance is needed, please contact the airline directly.

  • TSA Cares is offered by the Transportation Security Administration for passengers needing assistance through the security screening process.

    Please submit a request to TSA at least 72-hrs prior to departure using this link

  • Passengers requesting Meet & Assist services must be at least 18 years old.

An Airport Foundation MSP Volunteer can be scheduled to meet and assist the traveler with needs other than a wheelchair transfer, but the wheelchair transfer must be provided by the contracted airline representative.
