Assisting Passengers At Terminals 1 And 2

Service Specialists welcome and assist passengers throughout the airport to enhance their travel experience and efficiently navigate the terminals.

This position requires you to staff a booth during a four-hour shift. Neutrality and strong interpersonal skills will be put to the test when dealing with a diverse traveling public in this fast-paced environment. You will know how to use resources to answer uncommon questions and stay up-to-date on changes that occur within the airport. Oh, yes, a sense of humor is a must. You can inquire today.

This position requires 28 hours of training (modules are four hours each). The first three modules are fixed dates and times, which will be determined after you apply. The remaining training sessions consist of four-hour on-the-job modules and are flexible in scheduling.

Service Specialists shifts are available seven days a week:

T1 Lindbergh & T2 Humphrey: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM, 12:00 PM-4:00 PM & 4:00 PM-8:00 PM
