Assisting Passengers at Terminals 1 and 2
MSP Navigators welcome, greet and provide direction and information to passengers preparing to check-in and go through the security checkpoint lanes. They assist TSA, the airlines and the MAC (Metropolitan Airport Commission) to ensure quality services are provided to all travelers using MSP International Airport. Navigators work in the non-secured “front of the house” areas including ground transportation.
This position requires you to walk/stand for a four-hour shift. Neutrality and strong interpersonal skills will be put to the test when dealing with a diverse traveling public in this fast-paced environment. You will know how to use resources to answer uncommon questions and stay up-to-date on changes that occur within the airport. You can inquire today.
This position requires 24 hours of training (modules are four hours each). MSP Navigator shifts are available seven days a week starting as early as 5:00AM.
