Transportation Security Officer (TSO) George Callow is a consummate professional that provides passengers at MSP world-class security and world-class customer service. George not only ensures that passengers and their luggage are thoroughly and professionally screened, he volunteers as a Passenger Support Specialist helping passengers with special needs better understand the screening process. He serves on MSP’s Traveler’s with Disabilities Advisory Council in order to improve the overall MSP travel experience. His positive attitude has resulted in many glowing compliments from passengers.

Natalie is the General Manager for St. Croix Retail shops at the airport. She has a personal commitment to customer service which she demonstrates daily with every customer she meets. As our customer service leader, she trains and teaches by example. Natalie continually goes above and beyond for both customers and employees and has received many compliments from travelers she has made feel special.

LaTricia Tremble has a contagiously positive energy and an outstanding commitment to customer service. Recently, a flight experienced a delay for frozen water lines. LaTricia had already begun boarding passengers who had to be de-planed when the freeze was discovered. Latricia did an outstanding job getting everyone off the aircraft and dealing with the delay, communicating frequently even when Maintenance offered no new departure time estimate. When the water line was thawed and boarding began again, LaTricia impressed everyone by remembering the names of several passengers that she had already scanned and boarded over an hour earlier. LaTricia’s ability to see and celebrate the common humanity in all of us has made a lasting difference in how co-workers and customers experience Sun Country and MSP.
