Job Title: Arts and Culture Program Coordinator – Full Time
Supervisors Title: Arts and Culture Director
General Summary: Responsible for administrative support to the Arts Director and coordination of daily Arts@MSP Program operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily operations of the Arts Department
2. Provide office management and administrative support to the Arts Director to include but not limited to: scheduling, meeting minute taking, list management, supply inventory and filing
3. Project management to include: Organizing information, managing timelines, communicating with partners
4. Work with Foundation and MAC staff to coordinate special projects and events for the Arts Department
5. Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to train, schedule and supervise arts volunteers
6. Work with the Managing Director to maintain financial records and monitor budgets for the Arts Department
7. Under the guidance of the Arts Director, create and provide regular reports to the Arts and Culture Steering Committee and others as needed
8. Assist Marketing Director with social media postings and website updates
9. Assist with other Foundation activities as needed
10. Perform all other duties as assigned by the Arts Director

Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Must be highly organized and able to set priorities and meet deadlines amidst a fast-paced environment
2. Demonstrate strong writing and communication skills
3. Able to use enterprising skills work independently and manage multiple projects with initiative and follow-through
4. Comfortable working with all levels of management and promote a positive work environment by being a team-player
5. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
6. Proven competency with Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Word Press
7. Able to lift up to 30 lbs. and walk distances of up to one mile
8. Must have a valid license and reliable car for attending meetings and picking up supplies

Education and Experience:
1. Four year college degree or experiential equivalent
2. A minimum of five years experience in administration, preferably with a nonprofit or arts organization
3. Experience with meeting coordination and event planning
4. Familiarity with airports, travel and/or the aviation industry helpful
